Control of the ball-Most important thing in a football game

Football is a game of time and space. The best players can control the ball in a short time and in a limited area.
There are three important points for a good control of the ball.
1.    The first key protects the ball from opponents and leaves them no opportunity to take the ball.
2.    Play the ball in enough space to allow the next key.
3.    Allow the movement of game start or continue taking or keeping the momentum.
A poor first touch could put the momentum out of the game and increase the possibility of losing possession of the ball. Some players make the mistake of securing the ball and not focus on the goal of sending off their feet.
Teaching the receiving-control in football, the first key is the most important. The simplest to receive a balloon way is to use inside the foot. The players stand in a relaxed position with eyes on the ball and adjust their position to remain in the path of the ball. The support foot is positioned slightly in front of the other foot. The kicking foot touches the ball and then fell immediately at the time of impact. It usually repels the ball away from the body of the player.
1. Use the inside of the foot to control a ball on the ground. All the weight of the body must be on the supporting leg, foot reception raised slightly above the ground.
2. Relax and absorb the ball rather than offer resistance against the ball. The purpose is to absorb any force in receiving the ball with a damped key. It gives the ball a large area to land. Chest, head, thigh or foot is retracted upon contact.
(From the excellent guide Special Olympics Training Handbook )
Receive a pass using the inside of the foot

1. Get the ball even with the toes or slightly forward
2. Stiffen or relax the receiving foot so that the ball stops about a step, allowing the athlete to make a quick pitch and hit. It is not that which gives power to the pass.
3. Make sure the receiving foot is located 10-12 inches off the ground. If the receiving foot is too low, the ball will be well received and will contact the back of the foot under the ankle bone, away from the toes. Lift the toes so that the foot is parallel to the ground and not pointing down. If players can not remember lifting the foot, train them by making them lift the foot above the ball then lower the foot in front of the ball to stop it. This will help them remember.
4. If you want the ball to go left or right rather than straight ahead, athletes must give their angle and foot touch the ball more forward or backward, depending on whether they want to send the ball to the left or right.

How to rectify this in bad start to the season?

We are almost at the mid-season and some teams have had an early season less successful than others. The ranking is affected but the motivation and performance of the team is most effected. You are looking for solutions for your group, with this article I propose you 5 points on which to focus to restore order in your ideas and it would help your team to get more soccer scores.

1 - Keep the positive

Difficult to head out of the water when the season does not go as planned, or rather badly (because sometimes we can predict) The easiest solution is to always identify what is wrong and how to point compartment the game was faulty or what the player does not fulfill its role. This solution will lead quickly to a strengthened sense of inferiority induced losses or complicated games burnout.
It is therefore necessary to keep a positive mindset. Trying to keep the mood of the team in good shape, it should be noted that this is done and support each time on the things that were done well, encouraging. This is the question that must be asked a coach after each game, every practice. What is positive attitude or what should I highlight?

2 - Find Leaders

Or rather the leaders are very useful for you. They serve as a direct relay on the field but also outside. They must become to support confidence in your actual points. Two or three players should do the trick. These players will be helpful in managing your group on and off the field.
Three players should do the trick. Typically one per line: guardian defender + + environment they need help in the positioning of the players in the motivation in the recall of certain principles of play. For this they must copies for your group. Converse up with them you will gain a different perspective and learn more about each of your players.

3-Review the basics

In case of loss in the standings have always found a tactical problem. Players overwhelmed by the bad results sometimes have drafts behaviors want to do well but also for fear of disappointment. Recall or rather tactics reminders help deliver well ahead of fundamentals. And, passing on the blackboard is a great way to give your players benchmarks
So explain what you expect based on your game system Where should they be placed in offensive and defensive phase. How is organized the defense? When setting up the laundry? How is the block in this case? How to put on kick arrested?

4 - Put yourself in question

The problems and their solutions are to be found everywhere starting with you. You always have your share of responsibility in this bad start should therefore see where you have not been good enough.
Tactical workload preparation sessions, communication, physical preparation, ambiance, speech and behavior, iron one by one all these points and think that you can improve. Rely on your assistants to achieve this challenging goal that requires a lot of humility. But it is one of the main qualities of those who are successful and know how to manage a group.

5 - Frame your group

Your group needs to be marked as closed. This will bring more rigorous, a character that is often lacking in these cases. Insist on compliance schedules, behavior and discipline. Compliance with these values implies respect for teammates. A player who allows himself to be late arriving without its equipment or in a state of non-conventional form does not meet the team and therefore is detrimental to performance, how to ask him to be rigorous for 90minutes?
Insist on discipline and application in the times when they are less applied. You must use this moment as an observer of your group, and to focus on the game. Choose either a leader or one of your assistants to distill.
